We took Kadynce on her first camping trip on 8-11-11 through 8-14-11. We had such a good time with the rest of the robinson family minus the annoying mosquitos that we were fighting the entire trip. Kadynce did so amazing and still slept pretty well. We camped at the Redman campground which is just above Solitude. Our campsite was awesome because it was up the side of the mountain and the kids could go play and we could still watch them. We spent most of our time just hanging around the campsite, but we did go on a hike up to Mary's Lake at Brighton. The campground that we stayed at even had a moose and her baby walking around which was really fun to see. We had a lot of fun sitting around the campfire and found new things to roast. Who knew that rice crispy treats and red vines would be so delicious roasted. The camping trip did not end as well as it started. We learned that David and Rosie's tent is not waterproof. Saturday night into early Sunday morning it was pouring rain. The sound of it was so nice to sleep to, but at about 5 am we noticed that all of the walls to the tent and the ceilig were leaking. We hurried to pack up all of our stuff and threw it all into the cars. Not the best way to end a trip, but it definatley will not be forgotten. Thanks to everyone who made this trip so fun.

sarah! i love your blog, your little girl is so cute! i want to get peyton's ears peirced but i feel to bad so i keep wussing out... where did you go? we have the same swim suit by the way! so, i am starting dental hygiene school next week! any way just thought i'd say hi! miss you! have a good day!
