Every second of our lives has been such a joy since Kadynce has been with us, but there is somethng to be said about the joy that comes with the holiday season. Kadynce is at such a fun age for this time of year. She is just old enough to understand ripping paper and is really starting to get excited about toys. Kadynce really loves to dance and mimic singing too. One time I took her with me shopping and they were playing a Mariah Carey song on the radio. Out of the blue, Kadynce started "aaahhh"-ing in a very high pitched voice over and over. It was so sweet. Anytime we ask her do dance, or she sees dancing on the TV, or she hears dancing she starts to bounce around. One time after a bath, William put her in front of a mirror and had her hold her own belly, then he started repeating the word "belly" over and over in some tue he created. She loved it and it has become an after bath ritual since. If we start singing that song, she pats her belly and bounces her legs, always with a huge smile on her face. Here are the few things she has done this month:
12-6-11: First St. Nicholas Day
12-25-11: 7th tooth "n"
First Christmas
First Steps -3 while bribing her with candy
Kadynce got a dual sing-a-majig, and an outfit. Obviously she was thrilled!

Kadynce got pretty sick for the first time this month. She had a fever ranging from 101-104.5 for 5 days. We took her into the doctors office twice and they had to do a catheter on her both times to try to figure out what was wrong. After all of this she finally broke out in a head to toe rash and we found out she had rosiola. Poor little thing. Despite it all, she was stll completely happy. One day William stayed home with her and took this picture and texted it to me at work. Where's Kadynce?

Kadynce's first ponytail. I think I was trying a little too hard, there wasn't much hair to work with.

Christmas eve!
